Taking the Gembloux Gap: Cast and Crew Pt 3

  Below is the follow-on German platoon, now that Fw. Hintze's platoon is spent. They will continue the fight in Villeroux, and likely push as far as they can. After they are done, the Germans will have one final platoon to commit.

The I. Bataillon of 3 Shützen Regiment, 8. Kompanie, 2nd Platoon

Leutnant Emil Bauer, a 20 year old civil servant from Munich. He's not much respected by his men.

Feldwebel Georg Abetz, the platoon sergeant, was a farmhand outside of Duseldorf. At 26, he's tall, thin, and quite competent. 

Obergefreiter Felix Krüger, in charge of 1st squad, is a 23 year old who dropped out of university in Strasbourg to enlist.

Obergefreiter Albrecht Milward, leading 2nd squad, a 24 year old Austrian, used to wait tables in Vienna. 

Obergefreiter Hartman Wahl, at the helm of 3rd squad, is an average looking 21 year old from Rostock, who likewise dropped out of school at the declaration of war.

The 110e Regiment D'Infanterie, 2nd Platoon will continue to hold till the wooded heights west of Villeroux.
